Structure and continuity are important at Rudgwick, we believe the organisation thrives because we have the right people in the right places. Even with some shuffling around we believe we have attained the right balance this season.

Firstly our thanks to Ben Simester who was part of the Reserves Mgt last season but has had to step down this season from his role and playing, we wish him all the best in his retirement and he is welcome back anytime.

We also say goodbye to Brandon Lewington who was with the Firsts Mgt last season, congratulations as well on the birth of his son. Hopefully only a brief sabbatical for the Club Lino and we'll see him stalking the touchline again soon.

First Team

Zack Chambers stepped up from his position as Reserve Team Manager last year to join the first team setup and we are very pleased to welcome him onboard. He brings another layer of experience to the successful team we have created over the last 8 years.

Ally Laker also rejoins us as bagman and we couldn't be more pleased to have him back. Keeping our players fit and healthy throughout the seasons is of huge importance as is his banter on matchday!

Reserve Team
Manager - Dan Dray

All changes here as Dan Dray steps up from his assistant role to head up the management of the Reserves. Dray, no stranger to Mgt at the club is the perfect fit to continue the good work done last season and we are excited to see what he can do next season.

Maddy, the man, the myth, the legend. suffering a serious injury two seasons ago has sidelined the RB back from playing permanently. We are thrilled to announce him as the Reserve's new assistant bringing his charisma and approachability to the team.

No changes to the successful DS side as we enter its fourth season with a second promotion in two years.

SX Panthers
Manager - Kieran Holmes
Assistant - Darren Rundle

No changes again to the lineup for the SX Mgt however some on-field changes meaning that the side will be more competitive this year and hopefully start heading back in the direction we want it to as a club. There is also a vacancy here on the MGT for the right candidate.
