Firstly we honour Carl Holder who for many years led Rudgwick Football Club to success on and off the pitch, without Carl we would not have a club to stwe4ard into the future. His time as Chairman has ended, but his advice and support for this fabulous club never will. Carl Holder will now sit as Honorary Life Chairman. He will still be heavily involved in our Veterans setup and guide us as we enter the next phase of our 5-year plan.

Our new Chairman will be Ian Matthews who has spent the last 8 years as Club Secretary and Club Treasurer amongst other roles, he will maintain an assistant role in both capacities to support Joe Groome who adopts both roles within the club. Joe has been a player and member of the First Team Management structure over previous years and his excellent communication and grounding in finance will assist him with these roles.

Kevin Nelson will become the new Fixtures Secretary taking over from Andrew Whitworth and will handle all outbound and inbound communications for fixtures throughout the season.

Some other notable changes see a restructuring of our Social Committee, still headed up by Connor Pascoe with the addition of, Dan Dray, Zack Chambers and Darren Rundle making up the quartet that represents each senior side at the club. We hope this new look will enable a better

Kieran Holmes joins the committee to increase numbers on the Commercial side of the committee supporting Joe Berwick as a Relationship Manager for our current Sponsors and fundraising efforts. He will also assist look for new opportunities for investment to support ongoing endeavours.

Last but not least Connor Turner heads up a new role as Sponsorship Manager handling the asset management of all our sponsors first of all. He also retains his position within the social media management side of the committee structure to add fluidity to the onboarding of new sponsors.
